I think that most important thing of any business is Customer's happiness.
Peter Drucker said ,
"There is only one valid definition of business purpose : To create a customer."
This word is most important for me.
Our biggest pleasure is the customer's smile.
When the customer send the car photo and message , we are very happy.
If we will be able to make more customer's smile , we can get over any big difficulty.
