    I probably am thinking that the answer is different for each customer because of course the three things are most important for each , one of customer was said “Speed” , but one of another customer was said “Price” , one of another customer was said “Condition”.<\/p>\n

    Therefore , we should pursue to higher level for all the three things “Speed” “Price” “Condition”.
    \nIf we are able to have high speed than other company , our customer will be happier.
    \nIf we can make lower price , our customer will be happier.
    \nIf we can send more high quality goods , our customer will be happier.
    \nAll three things are most important for each.
    \nSo we are trying to do for them forever.<\/p>\n

    And of course “Support” is also very important thing for customer’s happiness.
    \nNow we are trying to make “Online Customer’s Support System”.
