During that journey, we have exported Japanese used cars, trucks, buses, farm tractors, machinery, and many other working vehicles from Japan.<\/p>\n<p>However, for me, the most important part of this story is not simply the number of vehicles we have exported. A vehicle can become part of someone&#8217;s business, transportation network, farm, construction project, or daily life.<\/p>\n<p>That means our responsibility does not end when a customer chooses a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>We also need to understand where that vehicle will be used, how it will be shipped, and what the customer actually expects from the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, this way of thinking has become increasingly important to me.<\/p>\n<p>Every country has different road conditions, industries, import rules, shipping routes, budgets, and vehicle preferences. Therefore, a vehicle that works well for one customer may not be the right choice for another.<\/p>\n<p>This experience has shaped how we work today at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everycar.jp\/about\/\"><strong>EVERY TRADING Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>What Nearly Two Decades of Vehicle Exporting Has Taught Me<\/h2>\n<p>International vehicle trading changes constantly.<\/p>\n<p>Exchange rates move. Shipping conditions change. Import regulations are updated. Customer expectations also become higher as information becomes easier to access.<\/p>\n<p>However, one principle has remained consistent throughout our history: long-term business depends on trust.<\/p>\n<p>A low price may create one transaction. Good communication, reliable information, and continued support can create a long-term relationship.<\/p>\n<p>This is especially important when buying a vehicle internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Most overseas buyers cannot physically inspect every vehicle in Japan themselves. They need clear information before making a decision. They also need support with export documents, shipping arrangements, and communication after purchase.<\/p>\n<p>For that reason, our role is not simply to sell a vehicle. Our role is to help customers make a practical purchasing decision.<\/p>\n<h2>Japanese Working Vehicles Have Become an Important Part of Our Business<\/h2>\n<p>During our history, we have handled many types of Japanese vehicles. In recent years, working vehicles have become an especially important part of EVERY TRADING.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.everycar.jp\/used-cars.php?type=Truck\"><strong>Japanese used trucks<\/strong><\/a> support construction companies, transport businesses, farms, wholesalers, retailers, and many other industries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks can serve very different purposes. Body type, payload, dimensions, engine specification, and local operating conditions can all affect the right choice.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everycar.jp\/used-cars.php?type=BUS\"><strong>Japanese used buses<\/strong><\/a> serve schools, tourism companies, employee transportation, public transport operators, and private businesses in many markets.<\/p>\n<p>Passenger capacity, vehicle size, road conditions, and intended use should all be considered before choosing a bus.<\/p>\n<p>For agricultural customers, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everycar.jp\/used-cars?type=Farm+Tractor\"><strong>Japanese used farm tractors<\/strong><\/a> can become essential working equipment. Buyers may need to consider horsepower, 2WD or 4WD, tractor size, available attachments, and the type of farming work involved.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, demand for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everycar.jp\/used-cars?type=Machinery\"><strong>Japanese used machinery<\/strong><\/a> continues to connect us with customers involved in construction, agriculture, logistics, and infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p>Excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, and other machines are not simply products sitting in a stock list. In many cases, they are tools that customers depend on to operate and expand their businesses.<\/p>\n<p>That is one reason we continue strengthening our expertise in trucks, buses, tractors, and machinery.<\/p>\n<h2>The Right Vehicle Is Different for Every Customer<\/h2>\n<p>When an overseas buyer contacts us, the first question should not always be, \u201cWhich vehicle is the cheapest?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A more useful question is, \u201cWhich vehicle fits the customer&#8217;s actual purpose?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A truck buyer may need to consider payload, body type, engine, transmission, dimensions, and local working conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A bus buyer may care about seating capacity, passenger use, road conditions, and available maintenance support.<\/p>\n<p>A tractor buyer may need a specific horsepower range, 2WD or 4WD, or compatibility with agricultural attachments.<\/p>\n<p>Machinery buyers may need to check operating hours, hydraulic condition, undercarriage condition, attachments, machine size, and transport requirements.<\/p>\n<p>There is rarely one vehicle that is \u201cbest\u201d for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>The right choice depends on how, where, and why the customer plans to use it.<\/p>\n<h2>Connecting Japan with More Than 100 Countries<\/h2>\n<p>Since 2006, EVERY has built relationships with customers in more than 100 countries.<\/p>\n<p>That international experience has taught our team something very important: we must listen before we recommend.<\/p>\n<p>A customer in Africa may have very different priorities from a customer in the Caribbean, Oceania, Asia, or another region.<\/p>\n<p>Vehicle availability is only one part of the decision. Import requirements, shipping methods, parts availability, road conditions, and intended use can all matter.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we continue learning from each market while building stronger connections between Japan and our customers overseas.<\/p>\n<h2>Technology Changes, but Human Trust Still Matters<\/h2>\n<p>The way customers search for Japanese vehicles has changed dramatically since 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Today, buyers can compare vehicles online, communicate through messaging apps, watch vehicle videos, and receive information almost instantly.<\/p>\n<p>We also continue adopting new technology to improve speed and access to information.<\/p>\n<p>However, technology alone cannot replace responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Someone still needs to understand the customer&#8217;s request. Someone needs to check important details. Someone needs to communicate when a problem occurs. Most importantly, someone needs to take responsibility for supporting the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>I believe that combining technology with human experience will become even more important in international trade.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Mission for the Future<\/h2>\n<p>EVERY has changed considerably since 2006, and we will continue changing as global markets evolve.<\/p>\n<p>However, our fundamental mission remains simple.<\/p>\n<p>We want to connect useful vehicles and machinery from Japan with people around the world who genuinely need them.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes that means helping a customer find a Japanese used truck for a transport business.
