Hi, I found the news that Renault is going to release a new vehicle named Captur next month when I was checking new vehicle catalogs. It looks a light SUV and I felt it looks so familiar to me. I learned why soon later. They said the platform & basic mechanism are same with my car. Then I remembered Renault & Nissan are closely related. January 14th, SUZUKI Motors released the news that SUZUKI developed a transmission of a new design, named "Auto Gear Shift". It is neither an automatic nor a manual transmission. They said it was adopted strong points of both transmissions. What does it mean? According to SUZUKI Motors, The new transmission "Auto Gear Shift" is the 5-speed manual transmission with an electrical hydraulic actuator that can control a crutch & a shift automatically. That means, you can drive an manual transmission without operate a clutch pedal & a shift!!
