Toyota has made a full model change of the second generation "MIRAI" and announced it in the United States on November 16, 2020 (local time). Like the Japanese model, it will be released in December.
The exterior is based on Toyota's premium rear-wheel drive platform with a dramatic yet sophisticated coupe-like design with improved cabin and comfort. The new platform, with its bold stance highlighted by 20-inch alloy wheels, allows for a lower, longer, and wider stiff body.
