Therefore , we should pursue to higher level for all the three things "Speed" "Price" "Condition".
If we are able to have high speed than other company , our customer will be happier.
If we can make lower price , our customer will be happier.
If we can send more high quality goods , our customer will be happier.
All three things are most important for each.
So we are trying to do for them forever.
And of course "Support" is also very important thing for customer's happiness.
