Hello, this is Ikeda.
I did an JEVIC inspection for Uganda today.
As you know,This inspection was initiated by UNBS to minimize the risk of
unsafe and substandard vehicles entering Ugandan market, thus ensuring
the health, safety and environmental protection for Ugandans.
All used vehiclesmust meet the UNBS requirements of this important safety
pre-export inspection.
The major points of the Uganda RWI encompass;
・The vehicle must pass a safety and mechanical inspection
(similar to the Japanese Periodic Inspection - Shaken)
・The vehicle should be free of CFC (R12) gas
The inspection varies according to a country, but undergoes examination that I accepted need.
